Special Sliding Door Systems

The basic models in the record CLEAN series are the K1, a single leaf sliding door, and K2, with two leaves. A large range of materials are available for the door leaf core and surface finishes, as well as the design of the door frames and sealing system, enabling a wide field of applications.

The record SAFECORD RC 2 is designed for users who have above-average burglary protection requirements, but appreciate the convenient operation of a standard automatic door.

For zones requiring the highest standards, record provides the SEALCORD sliding door capable of creating an airtight seal up to 100 Pa. This model provides a hermetically sealed barrier between clean zones and other areas, as required in conditions of quarantine. The SEALCORD door leaf is available in a smooth, seamless HPL plastic or stainless steel finish, lined with radiation protection. The system uses an automatic push and go operation with two optional opening widths, one for staff and the other for beds. The options include a program selector with a clear text display. The door leaf contains an observation window together with a built-in electrical blind that incorporates a radiation and laser protection.

record THERMCORD is an automatic door system that has thermally separated door profiles with heat insulating properties. The ift Rosenheim determined an achievable heat transmission coefficient (UD) of 1.1 W / m² K featuring approved insulating glazing. THERMCORD is employed as an inside or outside door in areas with a – even temporarily – high temperature differential.
